The Ally training works a little differently than most anti-racist training. We don't start with bias. We start with POWER. Power is the root of all problems but it's also the beginning of all change. This is a game of power, proximity, and policies. Unless you're willing to examine all three from the top-down none of it matters.
We begin with a free initial analysis and consultation to determine where your business is today. From there, we'll brainstorm the outline of your company training, the type, and all essential elements needed for delivery.
We'll also work with you to select which plan will be the most beneficial for your budget, timeline, and goals. Then, we assemble your training using a co-partnering model to create the change needed.
